HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.22720 of 2015 ORDER:
Aggrieved by the orders, dated 01.06.2015, suspending the cheque power of the petitioner, the petitioner claims to have filed an appeal before the District Collector, Srikakulam District (2nd respondent) and the said appeal is pending.
2. Since the petitioner has availed the remedy of appeal and the same is pending, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the issue. It would suffice if the writ petition is disposed of directing the appellate authority to pass orders after giving due opportunity to the petitioner on the appeal filed by the petitioner against the decision of the District Panchayat Officer (FAC), Srikakulam District (3rd respondent), dated 01.06.2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any decision passed by the District Collector, Srikakulam District (2nd respondent), he shall work out his remedies.
3. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _________________ P.NAVEEN RAO, J Date: 22nd July, 2015 Note: Issue C.C. on 24.07.2015
