HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRIJUSTICEABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 27483 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 29.06.2018 in O.A.No. 1256 of 2018 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, whereby the application filed by the petitioners under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, has been dismissed.

The petitioners' grievance before the Tribunal was that the official respondents have not considered the cases of the petitioners for promotion to the posts of Deputy Tahsildar as per the Eligibility List dated 30.11.2014 prepared by respondent Nos.1 to 3, and they consequently sought a direction to the respondents to promote them to the posts of Deputy Tahsildar with effect from 01.04.2015 with all consequential benefits including monetary benefits and seniority of service. The admitted case of the writ petitioners is that as on date, not even a single post of Deputy Tahsildar, has been filled up by the respondents.

In view of the above, we find no cause of action to interfere with the impugned order of the Tribunal. Hence, the writ petition is devoid of merit and the same is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
