HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.27673 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not passing any orders on the explanation dated 19.12.2017 submitted by the petitioner to the Memo No.G1/2168/2017 dated 12.12.2017, issued by the 2nd respondent alleging certain irregularities alleged to have been committed by the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioner submitted his application on 19.12.2017 requesting the 2nd respondent-District Registrar to revoke the suspension orders passed against the petitioner, the 2nd respondent-District Registrar did not pass any orders so far.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the respondent-authorities to consider the explanation of the petitioner dated 19.12.2017 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent-District Registrar, to deal with the explanation of the petitioner dated 19.12.2017, if not already dealt with and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned, as early as possible preferably, within a period of eight to ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
