This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of suspension. This Court while admitting the Writ Petition, by an order dated 11.2.2010, granted interim suspension of the order of suspension from service with liberty to continue the disciplinary proceedings. Disciplinary proceedings ended in passing orders of recovery. Learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that on 6.10.2015 petitioner was terminated from service. Having regard to these subsequent events, cause in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
