Heard learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Mines & Geology.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the respondent authorities are processing the quarry lease application of the petitioner herein, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to process the quarry lease application of the petitioner herein, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
