THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12725 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in trying to implicate the petitioners, who are the family members of accused No.1, and trying to arrest them with false allegations pursuant to registration of Crime No.32 of 2017 of Bellampally I Town Police Station of Adilabad District. The said crime was registered on 20.02.2017 on the complaint of one Odelu Adicherla, who is not impleaded as a party in the present Writ Petition. The crime was registered against unknown persons and during the course of investigation, the Police are trying to apprehend the accused. At this stage it cannot be said that all the petitioners are accused or not.

In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the third respondent to continue the investigation in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
