Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri V.Narasismha Goud, learned Standing Counsel. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if the private property of the petitioners is required for any public purpose, the respondent authorities will follow the due process of law.
