It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that after collecting appropriate tax, the Authorities have already released the vehicle and nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
