The only grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner filed Revision vide No.Rc/D5/3188/2016 under Section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act') before the 2nd respondent and the same is not being disposed of.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the Revision filed by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and affected parties if any, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
