The case status placed by the Registry before this Court reveals that the subject Suit in O.S.No.414 of 2003 on the file of III Additional Senior Civil Judge (Fast Track Court), Warangal, was disposed of on 22.09.2017. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said Suit.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
