JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI CRIMINAL PETITION No.10236 of 2021 ORDER:- This petition is filed by petitioners under Section 482 of Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking relaxation of condition imposed by the Court below, by order dated 09.09.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.614 of 2019 on the file of the I Additional Assistant Sessions Judge-cum-Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, whereby the petitioners were directed to appear before the concerned S.H.O. on every Friday and Saturday at 4.00 p.m. and to cooperate with the investigating agency for further investigation, if any, until further orders. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are about seven cases registered against the petitioners in different police stations. As such, the petitioners have filed W.P.No.21302 of 2019 for seeking transfer of cases to a single investigating agency. He submits that pending the said writ petition, the Commissioner has transferred all the cases to the Economic Offences Wing, C.C.S., Cyberabad. He further submits that all these cases are still pending and if the said condition is relaxed and petitioners are directed to appear before the Economic Offences Wing, C.C.S., Cyberabad, it would be convenient both for the petitioners as well as police. Hence, the said condition may be modified. 3.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor does not dispute the fact that these cases are transferred to Economic Offences Wing, C.C.S., Cyberabad.

Taking into consideration the fact that all the matters were transferred by the Commissioner to the Economic Offices Wing, C.C.S., Cyberabad, and all the cases are pending, the condition is hereby relaxed to the extent of 'the petitioners shall appear before the Economic Offices Wing, C.C.S., Cyberabad, on every Saturday between 12.00 Noon and 02.00 p.m. until further orders.
