HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.24434 of 2017 ORDER:

Though the prayer is inaction of the 3rd respondent in considering and disposing of the appeal pending in Rc.E1.3299/ 2016, learned counsel for the petitioners for the present, does not press the writ prayer, but seeks liberty to file a petition for expeditious disposal of the appeal by 3rd respondent.

2. For the request of petitioner for expeditious disposal of the appeal, this court has no reason to doubt that the 3rd respondent, depending upon the urgency stated and the stage of the matter, will pass appropriate orders.
