THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.5076 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A4 in F.I.R. No.66 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Nacharam Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District.

At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after investigation, the matter was referred as purely 'civil in nature'.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal petition is closed.
