Bhosale) On 24.6.2015, the writ petition was adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner to file reply. Till today, reply has not been filed. Today, once again, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to file reply, which, we are not inclined to grant and when we asked her to go on with the matter, she expressed her inability to go on with the matter.
In the circumstances, we are constrained to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution.
