This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents, particularly respondent No.2 in pressurizing the petitioner to come to the office of respondent No.3 and settle the matter as demanded by the husband of Respondent No.5 as illegal and arbitrary. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions submits that as on today no complaint was registered against the petitioner and no crime was also registered against to the petitioner. The allegation regarding interference with the civil dispute and asking the petitioner to come and settle the matter is denied in the Written Instructions.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 not to pressurize the petitioner to settle the civil dispute and not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner except in accordance with law.

The miscellaneous petition, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
