THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1622 OF 2013 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter dated 16.07.2018 before the Registry of this Court for listing the matter under the caption 'for withdrawal'.

It is mentioned in the said letter that the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner received a call from her client namely, Yedla Shobha Rani stating that her client and the first respondent in the above Criminal Revision Case have compromised and settled the matter out of Court and therefore, she requested to withdraw the case. Basing on the same, Sri P.Vara Prasad, the counsel, representing the counsel for the petitioner, requested this Court to grant permission to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
