HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 8028 OF 2004 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed seeking regularization of the services of the petitioner from the date of his initial appointment. The petitioner contends that his case deserves to be considered for regularization from the date of his initial appointment.

The Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation submits that let the petitioner submit a representation to the respondents and appropriate orders will be passed by the respondents in accordance with rules. 3.

This Court is of the considered view that let this Writ Petition can be disposed of, directing the petitioner to submit a representation within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and upon such representation being received, the respondents shall consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with rules within a period of four weeks thereafter.

With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 5.
