I I This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedurc, 1973 seeking to enlarge the \ I petitioner/ accused on bail in connection with Crime No.104 of 2022 of Bhoompally Police Station, Siddipet District, registered for the offences punishable uncler Section 384 of Indian Penal Code, Section 1 1 read r,r,ith Section 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2Ol2 and Section 67-A of the Information Technologz Act, 2008.

This Court b5, o.0". dated 06.1O.2022 in Criminal Petition No.B72B of 2022 dismissed the prayer for bail as far as this petitioner is concerned having, discussed the facts of the case. There are no changed circumstances at this juncture to $rant bail to the petitioner. However, the petitioner/ accused ls at liberty to move bail application under changed circumstances. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
