This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/Accused No.S seeking baii in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.309 of 2023 on thc file of Mangalhat Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence under Section 8 (c) r /w .2O (b) (ii) (B) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short'the NPDS Act'). 2.
Heard learned counsel for thc petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the rccord.

The petitioner is seeking relief of anticipatory bail on thc ground of implicating him on the sole basis of confession made by A- 1 and A-2, from whom 2kgs. of ganja, which is less than commercial quantity was seized.

In the said circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court. In the event of filing an application seeking bait by the petitioner, the same shall be disposed off within two working days, after giving notice to learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Accordingly, this Criminal petition is disposed off. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
