HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3508 of 2013 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A1 to A3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in crime No.17 of 2013 of Gokavaram Police Station, Rajahmundry Urban, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 323, 506 r/w 34 I.P.C. and 3(i)(x) of the Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes(Prevention of atrocities) Act, 1989.

2) The defacto-complainant and A1 representing A2 and A3 as G.P.A.Holder, representing through advocates are present and they want to compound the above offences. Having heard the parties permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and permit to compound the above offences. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the defacto-complainant since present with the accused.

3) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to crime No.17 of 2013 of Gokavaram Police Station, Rajahmundry Urban, are quashed. The bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
