HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.23382 of 2004 ORDER:

The petitioner challenged the termination order before the Labour Court by filing I.D.No.147 of 1991. The Labour Court dismissed the I.D. vide order dated 12.11.1993 on the ground that there is no master and servant relationship between the respondent-company and the petitioner. When there is such finding by the Labour Court, it is difficult for this Court to grant any relief to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
