HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.26875 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of the agricultural land to an extent of Ac.4.50 cents, situated in Survey No.1048 of Nandavaram Village and Mandal, Kurnool District having acquired the same by virtue of the registered sale deed vide registered document bearing No.1304/2014, dated 20.03.2014 and has been in possession and enjoyment of the same. While so, the petitioner submitted his application to the 1st respondent on 07.06.2016 in Form 6 A and also through online for mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the aforesaid land. But, till today no action has been taken by the respondents. Aggrieved by the same present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since the application of the petitioner under Form 6A is stated to be pending before the 1st respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner and dispose of the same after issuing notice to

the petitioner in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be done within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
