THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU WRIT PETITION NO.27556 OF 2018 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Sri Deepak Misra, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that since the petitioners had subsequently repaid the entire amount due, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
