Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The grievance of petitioner is that petitioner had applied in Form 6-A, prescribed under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short, 'the Act') for mutation and for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of land of extent Acs.1.72 cents in Survey No.344/c and 384/c, situated at Podalakuru Village and Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, to the 3rd respondent by making payment of the requisite fee, but the 3rd respondent has not taken any action thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh), appearing for respondents, states that the 3rd respondent will consider the said application within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the application of petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No order as to costs.
