HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 15458 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and directing the petitioner to return the advance amount to the fourth respondent, pursuant to the agreement dated 09.09.2015, without any authority of law.

The petitioner in his affidavit gave details of the interference of the third respondent on 22.04.2017 clearly indicating the cell phone number and manner of interference. In the circumstances, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the second respondent by written representation with regard to his grievance of interference of the third respondent and on receipt of such representation the third respondent shall take necessary action in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
