This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of order dated 24-12-2004 in W.C.No.21 of 2013 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation-cumAssistant Commissioner of Labour, Ongole. At the hearing, Mr. K. Manmadha Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, stated that the cause in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal does not survive for adjudication. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, CMAMP No.699 of 2005 is disposed of as infructuous.
