THE HONOURABLE SRI .IUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No. 13O83 OF 2024 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to quash Crime.No.B29 of 2024, pending on the file of Borabanda Police Station, Hyderabad.

As seen from the proceeding sheet, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 06.11.2024 and ).2.11.2024. Today, also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The stage of investigation is also not known. In the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to keep the petition pending.
