This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.3 in interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and 4th respondent in respect of the property belonging to the petitioners as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions submits that Respondent No.4 has not been given any representation to the respondents and the respondent police neither called the petitioner nor interfered with the civil dispute between the petitioners and they never visited the property of the petitioners. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3 not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and respondent No.4. The miscellaneous petition, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
