THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.897 of 2016 ORDER:

This Court, in W.P.No.7649 of 2016, directed consideration of petitioner's representation dt.23-02-2016 by respondent herein within six weeks from the date of the receipt copy of the said order. 2.

The petitioner had sought for consideration of his case for extension of sanitation contract in Community Health Centre, Vuyyuru, Krishna District, which ended as per contract on 31-01-2016, by a further period.

Though initially the respondent passed an order on 18-07-2016, since the said order did not contain any reasons, the Court was not inclined to accept the same. Thereafter a fresh endorsement dt.27-02-2017 has been issued by the respondent giving certain reasons for not acceding to the petitioner's request in the representation dt.23-02-2016.

Though there is a slight delay in implementing the order passed by this Court, since the respondent has rejected petitioner's request, granting liberty to petitioner to question the endorsement dt.27-02-2017 in a separate Writ Petition, if he is so advised, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
