THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.7718 OF 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission after hearing the learned Government Pleader and the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner is the owner of tractor bearing registration No.AP-23-AC-5011 along with trolley No.AP-28-TE-7311. When the said vehicle was transporting sand on tractor on VikarabadTandur Main road near Pedda Vagu in the hamlet of Mansanpalli Village, the complainant of F.I.R.No.29 of 2017 reported to the police. Thereupon, the second respondent seized the vehicle. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per G.O.Ms.No.15, dated 19.02.2015, the vehicle should not have been seized, if the petitioner is willing to pay the penalty indicated in the said Government Order.

In the circumstances, the second respondent is directed to follow G.O.Ms.No.3, dated 08.01.2015, as amended by G.O.Ms.No.15, Industries and Commerce (Mines-I) Department, dated 19.02.2015, and take further action, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
