THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1085 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the issuance of tender notice dated 19.01.2015 without extending the contract period for a period of seven months.

There is no interim order in the present writ petition and the tender notice issued was for the works for a period of one year. In the absence of an interim order, this writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
