THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.31225 of 2014 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS by declaring the inaction of the 4th and 5th respondent in not executing NBWS in pursuance of the orders passed by the Hon'ble Judicial First Class Magistrate, Special Mobile Court-cum-XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar in D.V.C.No.2 of 2012 dated 02.07.2013, 23.10.2013 & 09.01.2014 as arbitrary, illegal void abinito besides violative of Art.21 of Constitution of India besides violation of principles of natural justice consequently to direct the 4th and 5th respondents to execute the NBWs issued by the Hon'ble Judicial First Class Magistrate, Special Mobile Court-cum-XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar in D.V.C.No.2 of 2012 against the 6th respondent through respondent No.3 and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that Non-Bailable Warrants issued on 02.07.2013 in D.V.C.No.2 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Special Mobile Court-cum-XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, at L.B.Nagar, are already executed.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, since no further cause would survive in the writ petition. No order as to costs.
