ORDER

This writ petition was filed challenging the proceedings dated 16.2.2015 issued by the 3rd respondent appointing one Dr.K.Kondal Reddy as incharge Principal, SKE Degree College, Sirpur Kaghaznagar.

This Court by order dated 10.03.2015 directed the first respondent to take all necessary steps for filling up the post of Principal, SKE Degree College, on regular basis, within a period of three months and in case any in-charge arrangements are made in the meantime, to adopt the normal practice of keeping the senior most teacher as in-charge principal.

In the meanwhile, Dr.K.Kondal Reddy, retired as Reader in Economics.

In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. However, the issue with regard to eligibility of the petitioner, which is under challenge in the subsequent writ petitions, will be considered separately.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
