THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27658 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri V.Narasimha Gowd, learned Standing Counsel for Hyderabad Metropolitan Urban Development Authority, that the since the representation, dated 27.07.2018, is pending consideration before the 2nd respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken.

Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the 2nd respondent to verify the representation, dated 27.07.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein and take appropriate action on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
