ORDER :

The only grievance of the petitioner is that I.D.No.58 of 2006 on the file Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Visakhapatnam, is pending for a long time and is being adjourned from time to time. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that recording of evidence was already completed; oral arguments were made; written arguments were filed; and the case is at the stage of passing award. If that is so, the Presiding Officer of Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Visakhapatnam, is requested to dispose of I.D.No.58 of 2006 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
