It is submitted by both the learned counsel that the order passed by this court has been complied with. However, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is some variation in payment of the salary and liberty may be given to the petitioner to claim the said variation if any by filing a separate proceedings. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to initiate separate proceedings to claim the variation in payment of the salary. No order as to costs.
