Accordingly, the matter is listed today, but since the learned counsel for the appellant is not present, we record the request and dismiss this Appeal as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, the interim order dated 26.08.2011 passed by this Court in C.M.A.M.P. No. 1620 of 2011 shall automatically stand dissolved.
