Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Government Pleader for Municipal Administration for first respondent, Sri Md. Saleem for second respondent and Government Pleader for Revenue for third respondent.

Petitioner's contention is that he submitted representations dated 30.10.2014 and 12.9.2016 for construction of drainage nala to the second respondent and the second respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

Standing Counsel for second respondent Sri Md. Saleem submits that the second respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
