Heard Sri A. Ravinder Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, and learned Government Pleader for the State of Telangana and Sri C. Madhu, the learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

2. When the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the authorities will re-consider the issue for grant of permission in favour of the petitioners herein.

3. Recording the above submission, the impugned proceedings in Lr.No.1/C17/04283/2018, dated 23.07.2018, issued by respondent No.2 are hereby set aside. However, it is made clear that the petitioners shall comply with the statutory requirements.

4. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present Writ Petition, stand closed.
