HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.27680 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.2 on the complaint dated 18-07-2018 lodged by the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on instructions submits that respondent No.2 has not received the complaint of the petitioner dated 18-07-2018. As and when the petitioner approaches the police with fresh complaint, they will take appropriate action on the same. In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to make fresh complaint and on making such complaint, respondent No.2 is directed to take action on the same in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
