- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1545 OF 2016 ORDER :

This Court directed payment of subsistence allowance to the petitioner from the date of suspension. Alleging violation of the said direction, this contempt case is filed.

Learned Standing Counsel produced proceedings signed by the Project Director, on 11.01.2018 granting administrative sanction for payment of subsistence allowance from retrospective date. Learned Standing counsel, on instructions, further submits that amount is already credited to the account of the petitioner. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
