Learned counsel for the Official Liquidator proposes to disburse 50% of the amount, which is presently available with the Official Liquidator, to the applicant who claims to be the first charge holder of the company in liquidation.

The order dated 28.11.2024 passed by a Coordinate Bench, which has been placed by counsel for the Official Liquidator, is virtually illegible in terms of page and paragraph numbers.
