THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 893 OF 2015 ORDER:

Sri Mahfooz Nazki, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the A.P.Wakf Board has furnished the documents and hence, the petitioner would furnish the necessary reply to the Wakf Board at the earliest.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this writ petition and accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of at the admission stage.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending shall also stand closed. No costs.
