Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to assail any adverse order passed by the authorities under the Registration Act, 1908 refusing to register the document presented by him. He also filed a letter dt.15-11-2017 before the Registrar (Judicial) to that effect. Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
