Petitioner states that by order dated 03.09.2014 he was placed under suspension. Later on, as per the directions of this Court in W.P.No.32699 of 2014 he was reinstated on 11.01.2017. Petitioner now seeks direction to grant him arrears of pay and allowances for the period when he was under suspension, bonus, increments and Dearness allowance. Praying to grant the said benefits, a representation was made on 07.06.2017 to the Chairman, Cumbum Cooperative Bank Limited. Alleging inaction in not granting the benefits to which he is entitled and not disposing of the representation, this writ petition is filed. 3.
Having regard to the fact that the representation submitted by the petitioner is pending consideration with the competent authority, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and keep it pending.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Divisional Cooperative Officer, Markapur, Prakasam District (5th respondent) and the Executive authority of the respondentCumbum Cooperative Bank, to consider the claim of the petitioner for sanction of the benefits mentioned in the representation dated 07.06.2017 and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law. A decision to this extent shall be taken and communicated to the petitioner within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
