The case of the petitioner is that he has submitted application dated 04.07.2016 in Form VI-A as per Rule 18 and Section 4(1) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 to the 3rd respondent for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.13.72 Nagamambapuram Village and Ac.3.26 in Rebala Village of Buchireddypalem Mandal, Nellore District in Sy.Nos.30b, 30C-1, 59-A, 105-a, 214-A, 214-B, 30(c), 30(a), 36/1A-1, 58-A, 399-B, 399-B1, 344-3, 173-4. As no action is being taken on the said application, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since the application of the petitioner dated 04.07.2016 is stated to be pending before the 3rd respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
