THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 2907 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 193 of 2013 on the file of Dundigal Police Station, Cyberabad. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a charge sheet on 08.07.2013 and the same was numbered as S.C.No. 773 of 2013 on the file of the III Additional Sessions Judge's Court at Medchal. It is also brought to my notice that the case was listed for framing of charges on 03.07.2015. In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioners under law, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
