Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

At the admission stage, the following Order is passed: Having regard to the reasons submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner, the learned Judge, Family Court -cum- IV Additional District and Sessions Judge at Vijayawada, is directed to dispose of M.C.No.250 of 2011 pending on the file his Court within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this Order. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
