THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13986 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.1 in Crime No.329 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Karimnagar Rural Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 read with 109 of IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet before the concerned court referring the case as mistake of fact. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the subject matter of the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
