HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos 27610 And 27641 OF 2018 COMMON ORDER :

Since the grievance in both the writ petitions is one and the same, these writ petitions are being disposed by way of common order.

These writ petitions are filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in sending the police constables to the subject land and stopping the development work and interfering with the possession of the petitioners over the land admeasuring Ac.6-30 guntas in Sy.No.571 and Ac.6-00 guntas in Sy.No.570 situated at Pakalkunta, Alwal Village under GHMC Alwal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that as on today no complaint is received against the petitioners and no crime is registered against them. It is also stated that the respondent-police never stopped the development work of the petitioners.

Recording the same, these writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the 4th respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and the third parties. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _______________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 13.08.2018 Nvl
